Terms And Conditions

1. Eligibility

Only students meeting the specified eligibility criteria (academic performance, Satsang Verifications, etc) are allowed to apply.

2. Document Submission

All required documents must be uploaded in the correct format within the specified timeframe.

3. Verification

All information provided, including Satsang Verification, will be thoroughly verified by the BAPS Pramukh Academy.

4. Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates must attend the scheduled online interview. Missing the interview without prior communication will forfeit the student’s chance of selection.

5. Guardian Appointment

It is mandatory to appoint a Sankalp Guardian to assist students in their learning journey.

6. Fee Payment

The token fee of Rs. 2000/- (inclusive of taxes) must be paid within the given timeline after selection. The fee is non-refundable unless the programme is cancelled by BAPS Pramukh Academy.

7. Submission Deadlines

All forms, documents, and fee payments must be submitted before the date: 04 January 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

8. Code of Conduct

Students and guardians are expected to maintain discipline and adhere to the guidelines set by the programme.

9. Communication

All official communications will be made via the registered email and phone number. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure accurate contact information is provided.

10. Right to Admission

The final decision regarding admission rests solely with the BAPS Pramukh Academy, and no disputes will be entertained.

11. Data Privacy

All personal and academic information provided will be used exclusively for the programme's purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

12. Programme Changes

The BAPS Pramukh Academy reserves the right to modify the programme schedule, structure, or policies as deemed necessary.
